Hello friends!Suggest me please some piece of software to do what the topic says!
I have tried the infuse player but it has some problems with the greek subtitles.
I have also tried to watch a movie on my ipad, with the extended desktop way but I think there is some subtle delay at the frame rate.
Thank you!

Good suggestions have already been offered. As for which one to choose I think depends upon your comfort level with setting the technology up, how often you'll be doing this, and under what scenarios.

For the occasional use, syncing the video to your iPad is the easiest.

For more frequent, local use (within the house), VLC is a good option.

The most flexible option that transcends devices (but most technical to set up), is Plex. This is my preference. With Plex Pass I have access to my entire media library anywhere I have internet access.

Alternatively to those...
If you have an iPad with a USB-C port, then copying video onto a thumbdrive and attaching the drive to the iPad works great as well. I prefer using a USB-C to microSD adapter. I have this adapter w/256GB microSD card and have plenty of media accessible on my 64GB 10th gen iPad... as well as my Macbook Air.
