Watch auto handing off calls to phone.

So I installed iOS 9 the day it became public beta on my iPhone 6. I also have an apple watch and noticed something and I'm not sure whether it's related to iOS 9 or not.

Basically, when I initiate a call from my watch, it automatically says "handed off" and I no longer have the hang up button on my watch. It's really annoying.

Has anybody else here encountered the same? I'm thinking of going back to 8.4.

Oh finally i'm not alone. I've started a thread with a video of the problem.

I think it's definitely related to iOS 9 PB, I've sent a feedback to apple with the feedback app, you can also do it before downgrading to ios 8.4 so apple will be aware of the problem.
