I’ve stopped buying sport bands because I mainly wear metal for work and sport loops/woven nylons for casual since they breathe better. The only 2 sport bands I have are Nike Black/Volt and Celestial Teal.

Ah I see. Those are good color combos if you're only going to have just two. You think sport loops are more breathable than the Nike sport bands?

The perforations on the Nike definitely help. But, the loops are fabric and also the loops in the weave help keep them slightly away from your skin. Both of these features help them breathe better in my opinion. I find the Nike bands fine in cooler weather but really don’t care for them in the summer. All these bands are miles ahead of the regular sport bands in terms of breathability though!
