Does anybody know where I can get WatchOS .ipsw? I need to restore the system via iTunes.

How would you connect the watch to your Mac?
There is a small tool called iBus S2.
This USB 2.0 iBus S2 tool connects your Apple Watch S2 & S3 (38mm & 42mm) with Lightning usb cable to your computer’s USB port for restore & upgrade and repair software etc. also can fix related issue once Apple Watch glass digitizer touch got replacement.

That is not permitted by the rules of this forum. But google WatchOS ipsw download and you should find what you are looking for.
Great! I found it. Couple of days ago I have checked and it wasn't available on IPSW Downloads. Now it's there. Thanks for the hint!
