go to settings on watch turn off live activities then go to photo settings in watch app turn off photo syncing. short term solution until the apple dev get his or hers act together.apple battery life should meet as per the product advertisement this is why we or I purchased an Ultra 2 and live activity was a key point in the latest OS11 release but it’s definitely having a negative impact on battery performance. prior to turning off live activities and photo sync i was not getting much more than a day as opposed to 3 days prior to updating to OS11 . my daily use is just one workout for an hour and perhaps max 7 calls. hope it is of some help as i’m now back to 3 days as of this morning. watch is ultra 2 100% capacity.
