I just updated to the latest iPadOS 18.2 Beta, and after the update, my Magic Keyboard is working, but NOT the trackpad.

I have a 13" M4 iPad Pro with the Magic Keyboard for iPad Pro M4, and the trackpad is simply not working anymore. I tried connecting to an Apple Trackpad, but it also fails to function correctly even when connected to BT.

And yes, I have restarted the iPad several times.

Currently on iPadOS 18.2… beta 2, are you referring to a standalone Magic Trackpad 2?

Because I’m using the Magic Keyboard on 13” M4 and I have no problem with the trackpad, everything is functional correctly.

Oh man, sorry to hear that. The trackpad with my M4 iPad Pro 11” with Magic Keyboard is working fine on Beta 2. Maybe try connecting a Bluetooth mouse and seeing if you have the same problem?

Hmmm - I am having the Trackpad problem using the Magic Keyboard (for iPad Pro M4) as well as connecting a standalone Magic Trackpad 2.

What could I possibly check, or reset, to get Trackpad functionality back?

I wonder if someone with a 13” M4 iPad Pro and a Magic Keyboard can confirm if the Trackpad functionality is affected by iPadOS 18.2 B2?
