On MBA Rev A can I watch like a torrented video of Seinfield without it exploding? Will it get loud from fans? How hot? Will it stutter the video? (It'd not HD or 1020p or anything.)

It will get hot, it will get loud but not so loud you can't hear a movie. It will not explode and it will not hurt to list all of your questions in one thread.

i actually posted a similar question yesterday regarding mba running 720p videos.

i took an episode of heroes 720p and took it to a apple store on a flash drive and played it for like 13mins on a mba 1.6ghz rev b with 80gb.

it was running perfectly with no frame rate drops or noisy fans.

Really? How may I ask you did that when the one usb drive is used for security for the display models.
