Sometimes I forget to stop the timer when I am done rowing. In these rare cases, it would be nice to be able to delete, trim, or edit a workout.

it would also be great to pause tracking for "self-care" moments... siri, i'm not on an eliptical at 10PM before bed 😉😅

You mean, I can finally take a break? I have a 2600 day streak going. Lots of personal stuff happened during that time, including medical issues, graduations of kids, etc.

Hitting pause would be great.
That's fantastic, especially when life can get in the way!

Here i thought my streak at 576 days was good :). It should be longer but through some stupid glitch i lost the streak at 576. I can't figure out why it happened either. What's odd is the day it ended and the day after it ended I still received the badge for longest move streak.

It would be great if you could set a weekly goal (I.e. 5x exercise days per week). My goal is to go to the gym 4x per week, and do a cardio 1x per week. But due to work/family/social life, these days change so setting Monday-Friday as exercise days and the weekend as rest days won’t work.

How does this work if your iPhone is on iOS 18 but your watch is on os10? I can change the customised activity on the phone but will this copy over to watch?
