watchOS apps stuck not spinning wheel

Hi,

Recently all my 3rd-party Apple Watch apps had stopped working.
Any app I try to launch getting stuck on loading spinning wheel.
I have tried the following:
- Reboot
- Reinstalling all apps
- Restoring Apple Watch
- Deleting all iPhone music which solved the problem but when I synced the music back
the problem has shown again.

I anyone having this problem? any solution?

iPhone 6s iOS 9.3.1
watchOS 2.2.1
