I don't have great eyesight, and on WatchOS 10 when I go to the 24 hours view of temperature (or humidity...) depending on the time of day and local weather, I'm seeing white text on a light blue background (which sometimes includes white clouds). I find this very difficult to read.

In WatchOS 9 this was white text on a black background.

Is there a way to turn off the silly backgrounds in the weather app?

Example of poor font contrast:

“Ditto.”

Before, if I wasn’t wearing glasses, I could still squint at the hour-by-hour forecast and read the temperatures.

No longer.

Sure is purty, though.

Curiously enough, I’ve found a lot of the rest of the interface to be at least a bit more legible. Kinda frustrating / disappointing that whoever was responsible for that couldn’t rein in the Weather app team.
