Hi everyone, just wanted introduce a new game that was released on iPhone/iPod Touch, Water Toy by Lousy Games. The game has been released for roughly two weeks. Our App was reviewed by iLounge and selected as their Small Apps Top Pick.

Our game will surely provide for you the 30 levels of challenging experiences to test your skills, it will remind you of what it's like playing the plastic water tank toy. However, there are obstacles in the way that you will have to make use of them to achieve your goal.

Any chance of a promo code?

Yup, I have just started a thread to giving away promo codes to 6 random posters, link to that thread is here. We are releasing a lite version for the game but it's currently under review by Apple. Thanks for asking! :D

This looks gorgeous and I used to love those water games as a kid so I bought it just now. First impressions are that it still looks gorgeous but there are a couple of areas that IMO could be improved even more.
Firstly, the physics seems a little "off" in places: I can't put my finger on it but it doesn't completely convince me that it's a water game.
Secondly, and more importantly for me, the accelerometer support is only left to right. This means you can't tip the phone on it's end to slow the descent of the balls or get them back up. I can sort of understand why the developer has done this (so you can play it flat on a table?), but I feel this really needs to be addressed to give the total effect of playing a water game

If these two issues are addressed, I'd give it 10/10. As it stands, I'd rate it 7/10 and still a good buy but it could have been perfect!

Hi Phil, thank you for your feedback on Water Toy. We have submitted Water Toy v1.1 update to Apple for review. We have fixed several issues that came up during our testing and feedbacks from customers. Here's the sneak peek of our patch note: ;)

- Fixed sound issues.
- Game loading speed has been increased
- Fixed our textures. They should now be more crisp and clean.
- Optimized performance overall.
- Fixed ball and launcher physics.
- Added a "Restart" option in the Pause Menu.
- Included the current Level Number in the Pause Menu.
- Revised the Tutorial. It now mentions that you can hold the screen longer to increase the power of the launcher.
- Fixed an issue in Level 21 where the Ball would get stuck.
- Fixed lighting issue on several levels

I will speak with the team regarding the second issue regarding the tilt function. Thank you again for the feedback! Enjoy the game. :D
