I noticed my one month old air had these wavy lines in 3 corners of my screen when the display is off or dim, i cleaned the screen once using the whoosh screen cleaner. When you try to wipe the screen, they go away and a few seconds later they appear again?

Anyone know what this is? The ****** oleophobic coating already wearing?

Looks like damage to the screen's coating to me.

Wow, thought apple would have done something differently after the original stain gate in 2015

Have you tried just water? Looks like it might be residue. If that doesn’t help I would say it is damage to the screen’s coating.

I just did try it, and same result. This is crazy, I had this on my previous macbook and made sure to be careful this time and didn't last a month.

I wouldn't use anything but water (on a lightly damp microfiber cloth) to clean the screen. Any kind of spray is asking for trouble.
