Way for two iPhone owners in separate houses to share the same app?

So a friend of mine at work and I have decided to buy Navigon together and split the cost. I've tried it out with other apps (free) and this should work. I simply download the app on her phone for full cost. Then, with her username and password, download it unto my phone as well. Anyone tried this? Any problems I'm going to run into that anyone knows of?

yes that works, i do it on my phone, my gfs, my brothers and sisters. Just make sure your computer is authorized with her information and it works. you might wanna download it on the computer and not the phone. its 1.44 gb and will take a long time to download. plus to install. make sure when installing you have more than 3GB open cause it needs that to install but then backs down to about the 1.5..
