Way to add 2-channel aac track to mp4's with only 5.1 AC3?

Hello all,
New to these forums, any help would be appreciated...

I am looking for an application (Windows based preferably) that can add a second audio track to my mp4's that only have 5.1 AC3. I recently converted all of my .mkv rips to .mp4's to be used with my AppleTV 2, and although everything works great in this regard, I would like to be able to use these files on my iPhone and soon to be acquired iPad 3. Is there any application that will help me do this without having to run everything through Handbrake? I have no need to change the video, and want to keep the 5.1 AC3... I would just like to add a second 2 channel aac track so these movies will work on my other i devices...

MP4Tools will do exactly that job or if you don't want to keep the AC3 track (although there are ways around losing it) use Subler.

If you don't like the quality of the aac tracks created with Subler (I think it uses FAAC) you could use foobar2000 with qaac. After a few tests with AAC encoders the QuickTime encoder seems to be giving the best results.

So you could:

1. Extract AC3 tracks with MP4Box
2. Install foobar2000 with "5.1 to Stereo" DSP
3. Install AC3 decoder for foobar2000
4. Download qaac
4. Import AC3 tracks into foobar2000
5. Convert them with qaac and activated "5.1 to Stereo" DSP

Edit: Sorry since you want a windows programm you can't even use Subler. To add the AAC tracks to you .mp4 files you can use YAMB.
