Way to make a custom vibration out of a song iOS app

Is there any app out there that does this or is this even possible?

You know you can create one yourself - right on the phone - by tapping the screen:

Settings --> Sounds & Haptics --> {anything} --> Vibration --> Create New Vibration --> {and then just tap the screen to match whatever tune you have in your head}
