Way to resign apps? Or another way to get Provenance emulator on iPhone without developer account?

I'm not a developer but would like to use the Provenance app on my phone. They have a compiled version available but it has to be resigned. Is there any safe way to do this? Or is there an easier way to get this app? Thanks!

Thanks, but I think you can only run it for 7 days without a subscription. And that hassle is unfortunately keeping me from doing it. But thanks for the suggestion!
