Way to tell if files on your computer have been transferred online?

Is there a way in macOS to see a summary of any files that were transferred from your computer over the internet?

Like if your computer has malware and someone is sucking up your files remote, does macOS keep a log of files that have been transferred from your computer to the internet anywhere?

No.

You could try Little Snitch.

I don't think it keeps a log of all files, but it will notify you when an app tries to do something over the network.
