Way to view app store in iTunes ?

If you're referring to the macOS version of iTunes, the iOS App Store was recently removed in the last update, which went live a day or two ago

That sucks if I go back iTunes version then can i view the iOS App Store ?

I'm not sure. You'd have to find the previous build. You can still back up and such. I hope they do what Google does and you can install apps from any browser
