All Devices Weak and unstable WiFi

anyone notice the WiFi signal become weak and unstable after upgrading to iOS 13 and iPadOS 13?
I tried to fix the problem by “forget this network” but it didn’t work.

Why do people forget that its beta
These things happen in a beta right about those in feedback app
Wifi issue is also on my air 3 on ipados

No problem here with iPadOS 13. Signal is as strong as ever.

I do notice it’s a beta, that’s why I am asking if anyone experiences the same issue. If so, then I can just relax and wait for the next beta, if not, then I will have to check my router and see whether they are working fine.

That wifi issue is a deal breaker and some sluggish animations during gestures
I am thinking of moving back to 12.3
