For a year since owning the Max, I could only wear it for a few hours before it caused discomfort at the top of my head.

Yesterday, I just noticed that there's a physical ridge-like dimple where the headband of the Max rests. It literally creates a dimple at the top of my head after wearing it for a few hours. The dimple is uncomfortable - like a minor migraine.

Today, that dimple is gone but it's alarming that the Max is so heavy that it can do this.

After a year of ownership, I find that the Max headband is very poorly designed. The headband is awful. It puts all of the pressure on two plastic straps like below:

Most premium headphones use some kind of padding for the headband. That creates a more even and soft surface to rest on the top of your head.

I think you wear them tightly
