Weather app radar square area missing all the time.

When viewing the precipitation radar there is always an area missing from the animation recently. It’s a square shape as attached. iOS 16.2

Sometimes I get that, sometimes I get no precipitation showing at all. I can zoom around and at some levels it appears, but zooming again even slightly it vanishes again. This is happening on all my devices including my iMac, all using the the latest OS versions. It's also happening on my wife's devices.

I have it happening also. It's clearly raining where I'm at yet the precipitation radar shows nothing. iPhone on 16.3 and iPad on 16.2
