As you can see, it's 6:45 am yet my hourly updates are showing that it's noon.

Is this happening to anyone else? Anyone know how to fix this?

I'm having the same issue with my iPhone 5s running 9.1 beta 5. I normally don't use Apple's own app. I use a 3rd part weather app called BeWeather 2 (free, paid version) as an app and especially the notification center widget. Their app/widget does show the current forecast correctly.

Make sure that in Settings > General > Date and Time is set to 'set automatically.

@pacorob do the same, but remember you are running beta software. Please report this big at bugreport.apple.com

It's already set that way but thank you for trying to help!

Try this:

1. Open weather app
2. Once open, hold lock button until 'slide to power off' slider appears
3. then hold only the home button until the 'slide to power off slider disappears and the weather app force quits

Just did it. The issue still persists.

What's weird is that every other system app shows the correct time.

Hm. Very weird.

Try this.
Go to Settings > Privacy > Location Services, turn off weather. Then go to Weather App
Select the icon of 3 lines in the bottom right of the screen. remove all locations. This should leave the app completely useless. Now, restart your phone by holding both buttons (home button and lock button) until apple logo appears. When it turns on, go back to settings, allow weather to use your location again. Then check the weather app and see how that goes.

It's set automatically on my end too. It seems that this problem isn't there after all. I looked at the wrong city and country with a different timezone duh! When i look at my own city all is fine.

I don't even have an official Apple weather app. Is this because I have an iPad? Is it iPhone exclusive?

Yup. One of the odd decisions from Apple. I still hope that one day we will have e.g the Apple Calculator and Weather app on our iPads. Untill that time we have luckely a lot of 3rd party apps like PCalc and BeWeather 2.

That's nonsensical and a really bizarre omission from the iPads.
Yea, I see no reason why they don't include weather or calculator even but they don't. It's OK though, I use Carrot Weather for my weather service anyhow.
