Weather app that displays radar for complication

I know I should be able to find this, but having some issues, so I am reaching out for a bit of assistance.

At some point looking thru the forum I came across a pic of an Apple Watch Ultra and the middle complication was an actual radar with the current conditions.

Would anyone happen to know what weather app that might be?

The actual app is Radarscope that shows the radar on the actual complication.
