I live in a valley in LA county and the weather where I am is usually at least 10 degrees warmer than "LA" in the summer.

I love the interface of the weather.com app but it is nowhere near accurate for where I'm at. I find accuweather to be more accurate but I don't like the look of it as much.

For example, on Friday, I was looking at a thermometer outside my place and it read 102 degrees F. Accuweather said 101, weather.com said 88. I have noticed it's not just the app either. When I go to weather.com or use the interface on satellite tv is says the same incorrect info, always around 10 degrees cooler than what it actually is. I'm wondering how this is happening? Anyone else experience this?

It's Bush's fault.

what I don't get is if I load 3 different weather apps, I could get 3 different temperatures. so which one is correct? correct based on what?
