iPhone XS Max Weather apps not working or downloading

I just got the phone. My accuweather app is blank. The phone weather app is blank. This is now on my phone and my Apple watch. I restarted the phone, nothing. On Accuweather, it says it can't find my current location. It saved my location names, but they're all blank as well. I also can't download Dark Sky from the app store. All my other apps seem ok. Why can't I use or download weather?

Try connecting the phone to WiFi. Kill the weather app and restart again. Hopefully it’ll work.

Weird. Check Settings>Privacy>Location Services

Is it toggled “on?”

What does it show for the weather apps?

Have you tried signing out and back into the App Store for downloads?

Yeah this might be the issue as well.
