Weather Icon Changes?

I was listening to Leo Laporte the Tech Guy and he said that after the update, the weather icon on his iPhone changed when the weather changed. I havent noticed this on mine. Anyone else?

No, mine still stays the same.

It was a false claim i believe brought about by the fact that after the update, the weather was the same in the icon as it was at the place where the guy was. Haha

Speaking of this anyone know how to report cities missing? I'm going to Buenos Aires, Argentina next week and was SHOCKED this major latin city can't be found to add to the weather app.
