Weather In Notifications Center For iPad (Like The iPhone One)

Anyone know of an iPad app that replicates the functionality of the iPhone in iOS 5?

Looking for a persistent weather widget just like the iPhone one.

AFAIK, Apple has not unleased the power of "widget" notifications to developers, thus all we have now are stocks and weather. But I can't imagine it will remain that way for long.
