I was using MyRadar Pro (paid) and had paid for several of the add-ons. Dumped them after the news broke that they were monetizing data of paid customers as well as free customers through 3rd parties. Tried sending an email to them and they never replied. Nothing like customer service... Now I am looking for a stable, paid app that does not do this while providing me with decent radar.

Does anyone know such an app for iOS?

MyRadar was/is good for a quick look at what’s coming. RadarScope allows you to select individual radar products like (weather nerd alert!) echo tops, relative velocity, and VIL. They are (were?) the two best. Very disappointed in MyRadar for the reasons cited above.
