These things aren't located in my notification center. And yes, I checked in settings to turn them in. Thing is, they aren't listed there either.

Are the widgets not able to work in the iPad 1? Does it need the A5 chip? I didn't think so..

Those widgets aren't available for any iPad. No idea why. Even the iPad 2 doesn't have them.
 
Well that explains it then. That's gotta be an oversight, right? I can't think of any reason why they wouldn't include it.

Well I've always found it odd that Apple have left the stocks and weather widgets out in the first place. They seem to be carrying that over to iOS 5.
