Weather/Wallpaper app question

I would like an app that changes the wallpaper on my home screen according to the weather at a zip code of my choosing.

I think it would be really cool. You could set it to the zip code to where you live or anywhere else that you would like, and then you could quickly see if it was sunny, raining, overcast, or whatnot simply by the wallpaper on your phone.

Would this even be possible to do?

That would be cool but sounds like something you might see on a jailbroken phone.
