any suggestion for a weather widget that shows humidity, rain forecast, wind speed as a widget in iOS 14 and that’s free ?

CARROT Weather’s widgets show all that information (and a lot more), but note that it is not free.

I would love if there would be a Tier 1 and up ‘Forecast’ like widget with both upcoming hours and days that can show precipitation amount and percentage in one widget. The current Forecast one doesn't have that option to show both per hour and per day. I have now installed the Tier1 widgets upcoming hours and days that can also show both values but instead of seeing twice Carrot name below each widget I would rather have an option to switch between locations (with button left and right) from the top of the widget to show both hours and days with all the details I selected.
Could you also make it a bit more clear how to change the location in the widget? Maybe add that option in the change widget area and make it also clear in the app which location is set for the widget(s) currently.
Also I wonder if the minute by minute precipitation can also be included in such a forecast widget and that you can select also other sources then Dark Sky for that. ClimaCell could right?
Still hope MeteoGroup or local rain options such as Buienalarm.nl in the Netherlands could be supported to have even more accurate local forecast.
You can see all that detail if you use the large Forecast widget!
You can't currently switch locations with the widget. It uses either your current location (if you have GPS enabled in the app) or your last viewed location.
The Snark and Forecast widgets automatically switch to show a rain chart when rain is expected. This will work for ClimaCell as well as Dark Sky.
I've tried the large Forecast widget, however although I've selected 4 data points in the change widget the precipitation amount and percentage it doesn't show the amount per hour and per day. It only shows it in the top 4 times next to the current temperature and only shows percentage of precipitation for each hour and day but not amount. I hope you can fix that the amount is also added next to every hour and day in this widget.
Thanks for confirming the minute by minute forecast works in the rain Snark and Forecast widgets. I'm curious how that will look in the large Forecast widget. I also hope that will be an option to combine e.g. MeteoGroup for the main weather with ClimaCell for the minute by minute precipitation.
Looking into adding configurable data points for the Forecast and Snark widgets - I didn't want them to look like they're too dense by default. Note that you *can* configure Hourly and Daily widgets with two additional data points. If you put them into a Smart Stack with the Forecast widget, you can just swipe between the different widgets to see all the information you want.
Looks like after a number of recent updates Forecast Bar disabled their old (pre-iOS 14) widget in the most recent update.
I wish there was a way to still use the classic widgets for apps that still have them, even if they have new style widgets as well.I updated to the latest version of their app and indeed if you are running iOS14 you can only still select the new type of widgets in the Notification Center (widget area) or put them on your homescreen.
I can however still see the old style Notification Center widget on my iPad mini 2 which cannot run iOS14 but I did update the app to the latest version.
Unfortunately a lot of the developer already decided to fully switch to homescreen widgets only (Carrot Weather) which is a bit odd if you ask me since I really prefer to see the widget hidden away in NC as well but I do understand that there is chance that in future iOS version Apple might drop support for NC widgets. Others such as Forecast Bar only still support the NC widgets new style on iOS14 devices and show the classic one on iDevices running iOS13 and before. The only developer I know that still offers both is Launcher by Cromulent Labs. I still prefer using the classic NC one although I'm running iOS14 and latest version since the classic NC widget has more interactive features due to fact the new homescreen widgets are more limited by Apple.

I hate you. I really do.
Now I've upgraded to a new series 6 you convinced me to upgrade to the level 3 premium just so I can enjoy the oh so purdy radar maps on my watch.
I hope you're happy. You already got my money, you'll be after my soul next...
Only thing I got going for me is knowing that Carrot won't kill me 'cause she enjoys bleeding my accounts dry even more.

Yeah, seems like it's mostly up to the developers, at least for now. Unfortunately not all of them are making the same choice about supporting both.Cromulent Labs does offer that option with their Launcher widget. I'm still using the classic NC widget on iOS14 after updating the app to version 5.0 which also supports the new type of homescreen widgets (and also work in NC area).
I have noticed other also offer their new widget also in the NC area. Can you also still offer that option for Carrot? Some people still prefer having the widget available in the widget area instead of having to put it on their homescreen. I've noticed other apps giving the option to all show the homescreen widgets there as well.
I'll give it some thought, but you know the new widgets can also be placed in the Notification Center area too, right? They don't have to *only* be on the Home Screen.
will weather bug have a widget???
Carrot widget takes forever to update temperature and stats worst app ever I like Weather Line updates constantly and most consistent
