Loving the new functions of the weather app in conjunction with the widgets. I really wish they would address two more items. First severe weather alerts as a pop up and widget notification would be great. Second goodness I don’t understand why the app still doesn’t have a radar view. Hopefully these are coming!

I heard the new weather app would have severe weather alerts for Europe but I can't find any settings related to that. Is it always on, how does it work?

I'd like to see a version of the hourly precipitation probability graph you get in Dark Sky (which Apple bought). Interestingly, I happened to see said graph displayed for Montréal in the iOS 14 Weather app, but later it was gone. Could be they're tesing it for wider rollout?

For now, though, I'm just gonna rely on Dark Sky's rain alerts and such.

Would be nice to be able to select a particular version of the widget so that it would constantly stay on it -- like one that always has the forecast for the next few days.

Dark Sky plus widget would be perfect in my book. But I doubt Apple goes that route.

Well, Weather animations don’t work when you access the Weather from widget. Right now where I live it’s clear night. No stars animation in the app.

However when I close the app, and access it via the classic way, animations are there.

That would by my wish. Some people may find an hourly forecast useful, but I'd rather have the medium-sized widget give a daily forecast instead. To get it requires the maxi-sized widget, which takes more room than I'm willing to sacrifice.
