iPhone WeatherIcon 6 Information Source

Wondering anyone knows how to change the source that WeatherIcon gets its information from. It currently uses the Apple default, which is Yahoo!, and it's mostly wrong, where apps like TWC and Dark Sky are much more accurate. (Yahoo! says it's cloudy, when it's really pouring rain. TWC and Dark Sky show that it's raining)

So can you edit a .plist or something so WeatherIcon will use another source?
