I know how to do HTML and CSS, but don't know any of the scripting necessary to make an interactive "Web 2.0" style site.

I have a site called "Hyper Haiku" that I created and invited people to join in on three years ago, but I have not received even one contribution in all these years. What I would like is for people not to have to send me a poem and say, "link it to this word of this poem," but rather to be able to make any word in any haiku poem a link to another haiku poem of their generation. I would like them to be able to create links and poems and publish them on the site without any involvement or interference by me, in a "Wiki" way.

The site is http://danielgreene.com/hyperhaiku/

Any help? Anyone interested in helping me "interactivize" the site?
