Same as app icons. In Winterboard just put an icon in the icon folder of your theme folder that is titled the same as the web app. If you are trying to do it outside of WB I would not be able to help you, sorry.

Thanks Deuce, I use WB so I am all set.

Swoosh, do a search yourself for "change web app icons" before you comment on doing a search and why you yourself would have done the same thing as me.

To do it without winterboard, you can replace the icons in /var/mobile/Library/WebClips/. Each webclip has a separate directory in there with an icon.png file.
