Web Archive?

I saved a video on MacOS 10.14.6 with Safari 14.0.3 as a Web Archive to my iCloud. When I try to open it with 14.2.2 iPhone I get a blank screen, same for iPad 14.2.2. If I open it on another MacOS it opens and plays. Any suggestions?

In Safari you went to the website and played the video. What did you do to save it?

What encoding does a program like MediaInfo show for the file?

in Safari, right click on video -> open frame in new tab. In new tab file -> save as... export as: "name", location: "iCloud drive", format as: "web archive". Video plays on different MacOSs not on IOS. No plans to download Mediainfo, thanks
