I am attempting to design my resume portfolio and I am stuck. I would like to add a component to my design as seen on these websites:

Pretty much when you click on a portfolio item, it pops up in a flash? thing? What is the script that designs this or is there an add on? Please help! Thanks!

I took a look at the javascript for the page, and it's called Lightbox. The URL for it was right in the script, too:
