macOS Web design

I am setting up a site and want to let my users update there own web page so everyone can see it. This way i dont have to be at my computer when someone wants to update their page. Like Myspace or those type of sites but on a much smaller level and not as detailed. Does anyone know if there is a site to help me with this or a program designed for this. Or do i need to actual create my own code for this.

I have been looking around for Content Management System but it does not look like those systems will work.

i recomend you use a cms called joomla. you will need php and i think mysql for it to work tho
