Web driver - what if not installed?

If a card such as god 750 ti is installed, will the machine function without the web driver?

If it's an off-the-shelf unflashed card, no. The cMP will boot but the screen will be black the entire time and never turn on.

If it's one of the MVC cards flashed with his EFI ROM then the card will "function" without web drivers. I put function in quotes because it will be unaccelerated and extremely sluggish and with graphics glitches on the screen.

So, to answer your question... web drivers are required.
