web forum template

hello all,

i am a newbie toi web development, and was wondering if anyone knows of a web template that includes a fully functional forum (kind of like this one!).

i have found many websites for web templates, but cant seem to find one that includes a functional forum.

any ideas?

i think you'd want something free right? like http://www.phpbb.com/ is opensource free forum software ... macrumros current runs on a vBulletin

I just setup phpbb2 (http://forums.edesignuk.net), it was an absolute breeze. Give it a look.

phpbb is awesome because it's very customizable and has a lot of support online all over the place.

if you do some searching, you can find other forums that are a bit more lightweight, yet still very similar to vBforum and phpbb -- try xmbforum

it is also worth note that i prefer phpbb to any other free forum scripts.
