Web pages do not open properly

When web pages are opened in certain cases it is asking for flash player what do I do

In certain cases, if web page contains Tabs, the tabs are not visible. Is it q prob of web page or settings in my iPad.


Is iPad suitable for 128 bit encrypted web pages or I have to do something.

How do I find the version of Safari and encryption level since there is no link "about safari" as you would find in Safari with Mac OS
