web photo gallery in Photoshop

When I use web photo gallery in Photoshop CS3 it arranges the images by filename in alphabetical order. I would like to organize images by page with each page a separate category. How can I do this? I tried subfolders and it still displays images by filename not by subfolders. Is there another way?
