I am a total noob as far as building a web site, but my isp gives me 10 fee megs so i figure i should use 'em.

i have used netscape composer to build a simple page: some text, links, and pics. - i like it because its just drag & drop - my lvl of skill!
... but i can't get a qt movie (saved as .mov) on the page - only jpegs & gifs..

any idea how to do this?
any other WYSIWYG type FREE appls to do this?

thanks

ok - i know i have to upload it to the server, but usually (like with all the jpegs on the site) i can view them in a browser from my hard dirve, then i upload the index.html file and all associated jpegs & i hope movies...

my problem is that when i click to insert an image and navigate to the .mov file it does not show up.

Use the Insert--Link command (select "link" from the "insert" menu). Then enter the text you want displayed, and select the file you want to link to, the same way you link to a Web page, but instead you're linking to your .mov file.
