Web text input boxes don't scroll

If you zoom in on a text input box on a webpage and enter text the box no longer scrolls to show what you're typing. Very annoying that you have to zoom and and type in a tiny box instead.

Worked fine in iOS 9

I've found that sometimes it'll follow, but I can never get it to scroll, so have to delete and start over.

It worked fine prior to 10. On both my iPad and iPhone (in particular) in you enter text into any form that goes off the screen you have to keep moving the box with your finger to see what you are typing.

As Apple would say SUPER annoying!
