Webloc

We received videos with the extension webloc which I presume are uploaded to google drive.

1. If these are deleted from the drive by the sender will I lose them?

2. If so, how do I save them in order not to lose them?

I add a screen shot of one of the videos that did not load.

webloc is just a shortcut file. The URL should be inside. Try opening it with TextEdit or similar.

It is push for people to use Google Services so they charge bigger fees!
