Website Creation/Blogging How-To's In Spanish

Hello, everyone.

I have a friend from a Spanish-speaking country that's interested in creating a small website for her social foundation. My Spanish is very limited to day to day conversations, not describing technical stuff. Does anybody here have any links for REALLY basic How-To's on website creation, or using a blogging software like Wordpress?
