thanks for all you smarter than me who view this post.
I have a website designed in Iweb and hosted with mobileme.
I want to take the "code" of the website and host it on a normal linux server, make a new CMS for it, and have it be a php website.

Is there a way to take the files from Iweb, take the code etc. and make the layout/look of my pages the same without having to write everything over from scratch?

Any help is appreciated, let me know if there is any clarification needed.

I believe the built-in FTP client is only in iWeb '09. For older versions, select "publish to a folder" and use any ftp program to transfer that to your LAMP server.

This is correct. Use the Publish to Folder function then using an FTP Client such as Cyberduck (which is free and looks awesome on your taskbar) connect to the Server and drag n' drop the files.
