I'm a web developer trying to troubleshoot a particular website's page loading issues on iPhone devices using Safari and Chrome. Random pages occasionally stall while loading with the blue loading bar simply stopping mid page load. Loading typically resumes after 30 - 60 seconds, or with a manual refresh action in the browser. This is completely random, not related to any one page specifically, and appears to happen when on LTE (Verizon in my case), but is fine when connected to Wifi.
When this occurs I will switch to another tab in the browser and load a common site like Google, eBay or Amazon and they load just fine, so this seems to be an issue with this specific website.
As I mentioned, this is random so sometimes it happens immediately (when loading the home page, or navigating into a category page) or it may not happen until you've browsed around through 10 - 20 pages, or for that matter it may not happen at all. However, in my experience this happens quite frequently within a 5 - 10 pages.
This is the website I'm referring to... https://tinyurl.com/yayo7zpz
Has anyone experienced anything like this, and if so, what did you do to resolve it? I'm looking for what within the website itself could be causing this (since it does appear to be site related), not what the USER can do to help with this because we (the website) cannot control what USER settings are or are not set correctly. We need to figure out what we (the website) can do to fix the issue for the USERS.
