Website Monitoring App

Does Apple have an app that will monitor websites constantly for me (or in small intervals) and alert me when a change has been made?

Ex: it will monitor a small business site and alert me if the site loads and item for sale?

Apple doesn't have one, but there might be some third-party apps that might do that. In the past, I often ended up using some online service that notifies me via email, but perhaps some have an app now.

Not that I know of. But I set it up with my email and it works wonders. And it is free.
