Flash sites - people either love 'em or hate 'em, I happen to love 'em when they're done right, but there should be an entire HTML version (not just splash). If not for accessibility concerns, just to provide the alternative. Purely my .02.
Nevertheless, both sites come across as very professional and well laid out, with compliments to the graphics used throughout the entire presentation. I only have a few suggestions, but I rank them high:
The font sizes are roughly two sizes too small in many places - making the text not easy to read. This includes the content on the Yamaha flash page, and a few other places. Also, I like the "slideshow" concept, i.e. each page is thumbnailed on the left - but those thumbs could be larger in size and still not take up space. Larger so they're more discernable.
Finally, I appreciate the monochromatic color palette - it's bold, elegant and is quite classy. However, you can and should introduce a little color here and there, such as titles, certain links and things you really want to emphasize (whatever they might be). Possibly a light blue to keep the "cool" palette choice or be a bit daring and go light peach color or something warm as contrast. I saw the other slides that had color, that's content you've done, I'm referring to the layout surrounding the imported content and titles that frame it, explain it, etc. within your site. I also add, do so sparingly, of course, as too much would be a bad thing too.
Great job!
